The title 'The Singing Foot' was suggested by a reading of 'The Bedside Milligan Or Read Your Way To Insomnia' by Spike Milligan, published by Margaret & Jack Hobbs, 1969. The title 'Mad Mad Mad Minerva' was suggested by a 1968 illustration of the same name by Salvador Dalì.
