How have we allowed non-combatants to become fair game in armed conflicts? It has nothing to do with taking sides; children, women and the infirm should be neither targets nor shields and not exploited to further a cause or used as bargaining chips. And without them, what do we have? An empire of dirt. Who wants to rule over an empire of dirt? The grown ups among us need to stand up against failed children everywhere and show them we're better than this.

Any proceeds from the sale of the 'Lifeless In Gaza' single by wordsSHIFTminds will be donated to Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF). MSF calls for an immediate ceasefire that will spare the lives of Gazans and for lifting the blockade to allow increased and continuous humanitarian supplies to cross into Gaza, and restore the flow of humanitarian aid on which the survival of the population of Gaza depends.
